Christina Jacoby, Assistant Conductor, Colorado Hebrew Chorale

Christina Jacoby is a recent graduate of the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, where she was awarded a Masters of Music degree in choral conducting in 2023, under Dr. Nathan Payant and Dr. Catherine Sailer.

She is also the Music Director of the a cappella group Last Note Singers and the Worship Leader for United Park Methodist Church in Denver, as well as a frequent performer with the Vittoria Ensemble, an early music group directed by Dr. David McNeil of Colorado Christian University.

Hailing from Missouri, Christina obtained her BA from Drury University in the Spring of 2021 where she received her training as a mezzo-soprano under Dr. Stephen Bomgardner.

We Stand With Israel

The Colorado Hebrew Chorale community has been united in support for Israel during the past two years. As we rejoice in the return of the last 20 living hostages from captivity, our hearts continue to ache alongside those who have not yet received the remains of their loved ones.

The Chorale's two choirs continue to rehearse and perform during this trying time, for it is what we do as musicians: through music we mourn and through music we continue to assert visions of a hopeful and more peaceful world.
